Gary Snipes has more than 40 years of moving experience. He’s worked in every aspect of the industry from owning and operating his own independent moving company to working at the executive management level for national, multi-million dollar moving brands. Gary’s experience in the moving industry started at an early age. His parents owned two moving companies and encouraged him to learn the business. He began by sweeping warehouse floors and worked his way up through ranks, eventually becoming a crew member, then lead driver.
After attending college, Gary segued into sales and marketing and eventually purchased his parents’ companies so they could retire. He successfully operated the $5 million/year businesses for 15 years. After selling both moving companies, Gary became the VP of Sales and Marketing for Global Van Lines. Later, he worked as Regional Director of Operations for PODs, and then, as Residential Sales Manager for Dircks Moving and Logistics.
Today, Gary is the Senior Vice President for Nth Zone™ Moving where shares his wealth of knowledge with moving business owners to help them grow.
